When the disciples didn't recognize JESUS:
Luke 24:15-16

15 And it came to pass, that,
while they communed together and reasoned,
Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.
16 But their eyes were holden
that they should not know him.
You know that saying, if it isn't so serious, it'd be funny?
Well, here's a recent scenario in America:
Vice-president Vance attacks the Catholic church's stand on immigration.
Catholic church attacks him back.
Vance is Catholic.
He was raised in an evangelical Protestant household.
Peter Thiel convinced him to become Catholic.
Thiel is gay.
He married a Matt.
He grew up in an evangelical household, too.
He rebels against the fundamentalism of his parents.
The true born again doesn't have such chaos.
Or angst.
Nor duality.
Nor confusion.
Solution?
Let Vance revert to evangelical Protestantism.
Let Thiel revert to evangelical Protestantism.
Let Catholics become born again.
Let everyone be born again.
Let ALL be BORN of the HOLY SPIRIT.
And the PEACE that JESUS promised will reign.
Experience the clarity I've come to know.
Since GOD made me born again.
JESUS will be pleased.
So will you.
And everyone else around you.
For you fight no more.
After all, being born again is a command from The Only Smart One -- JESUS:
John 3:3-8

3 Jesus answered and said unto him,
Verily, verily, I say unto thee,
Except a man be born again,
he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him,
How can a man be born when he is old?
can he enter the second time
into his mother's womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered,
Verily, verily, I say unto thee,
Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit,
he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh;
and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee,
Ye must be born again.
8 The wind bloweth where it listeth,
and thou hearest the sound thereof,
but canst not tell whence it cometh,
and whither it goeth:
so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
Vance and Thiel's parents were right.
They remained "evangelical".
Nothing like staying with GOD's WORD.
GOD's WORD -- JESUS -- always ends ALL argument.
But, of course, you won't agree, unless you're born again.
Thus, the world will go around needlessly in circles.
Unless, and until, they realize that.
